Just a quick note to let you know that on May 24 & 25, the "divers" will be in one of our coves and in another on the Hampshire Shore side harvesting millfoil.
On Saturday, June 4, I'll be holding the annual meeting at my house at 32 Birch Road at 11:00 AM. I am resigning as SLLA President this year. We will be voting in a new president at that time.
Our Annual 4th of July Party is scheduled for Saturday, July 2. Volunteers to help out are always welcome.
In the next few days, I'll be mailing out the invoices for 2011 dues with a news letter enclosed. It would be most appreciated if you could mail in your dues with the invoices by June 15 instead of having someone collect it at the party. Keys are available for the boat launch with paid dues.
It has been a pleasure serving as your President for the past 3 years. New docks, parking lot, picnic tables and basketball hoops have been an asset to our beach area.
